We utilize the latest tools and technologies to create stunning, functional websites, tailored to meet our client's individual needs. Our process includes carefully crafting each website through a series of steps that ensure the best possible result.

We’ll take you through it:
STEP 1: Planning
All our projects from web design to logo design start with an assessment meeting. We’ll have a phone call or virtual meeting to get to know one another, discuss your needs, your goals, and the scope of your project.
STEP 2: Statement of Work Proposal
You’ll receive a Statement of Work Proposal that covers what’s included, the proposed timeline, as well as the investment information. If you decide it’s what you’re looking for, we can official begin your project with a signed contract and the initial payment.
STEP 3: Gather Content
You’ll provide photos and web copy (text) for your site. In the case of e-Commerce you will also need to provide product information and photos. If you need help with web copy or photography, we can provide that as well for an additional cost to be discussed during the planning stage and detailed in the Statement of Work.
STEP 4: Design
We’ll work on the look, feel and layout of your website as well as create a staging environment for you to provide feedback along the way.
STEP 5: Development
This is where form and function meet. We’ll put all the pieces together.From the back end of the site to the front end (SEO). This is where we will integrate the features you’ve selected, such as forms, bookings, email marketing, and Customer Relations Management (CRM). For eCommerce sites we will create product pages, create shipping, and tax rules, etc.
STEP 6: Review and Revise
You’ll have a chance to review your site, provide feedback and we’ll make those changes to ensure you have a site you’re happy with and can’t wait to share with others.
STEP 7: Testing and Delivery
We’ll be making sure everything is working as it should be. Test things like forms, links, and purchasing (for eCommerce sites). We’ll test on different devices (desktops, tablets and mobiles). We’ll deliver your website with an integrated Content Management System (CMS) to manage your site.
STEP 8: Launch
We’re ready to go live with your site! Now’s your chance to show off your new website to the world!
STEP 9: Staff Training and Maintenance
We’ll have a virtual meeting with a training tutorial, that will be recorded for you to refer to as needed. Our goal is to give you the tools needed for you to be in control of your site and make changes on your own if desired. If you’d prefer we handle it, that’s an option as well! We’d be happy to provide maintenance, analytic reports and other optional ongoing services for an additional charge.
